Chili's Restaurant - Garner NC

Another project getting ready to be attacked is Chili's.  Chili's Restaurant http://www.chilis.com/ is undergoing a major upfit on about 800 locations nationwide.  We have partnered up with Podojil Builders http://podojilbuilders.com/ out of Ohio to undergo a few locations.  Each one will be profiled seperatly. Don't worry food fanatics, the restaurant will remain opon during these renovations.  All work will be done after operation hours...  Yes.. we will be watching the sun rise as we apply the coatings to the locations...  Keep posted for progressional photos. 

 

 

 

Main & Taylor Shoe Salon - North Hills Mall - Raleigh

Here it is as promised, Main & Taylor.  Main & Taylor is an upscale high end Shoe Salon based out of Georgia. They can be found at http://mainandtaylorshoes.com/ .  Partnered with Riley-Lewis General Contracting, http://rileylewis.com/ this high end shoe salon should be servicing the local area soon.  As you can see by the photo's we have completed the interior priming on this location, expecting to begin 1st coats of paint very soon.  We will keep an update as we go along.  Stay Tuned!

North Hills Mall - Raleigh NC

North Hills Mall is undergoing changes again thanks to John Kane and Kane Properties.  JAC Ventures has partnered with Fortune Johnson http://www.fortune-johnson.com/ and begun transitioning the Old Harris Teeter location with a face lift into the future for 3 new Businesses.  Follow along and see what technology and Special Products will be used for this transition.
